Every storm runs out of rain

“Every storm runs out of rain” goes the song lyric by Gary Allan. Surviving the storm long enough to get through it can seem impossible. Thankfully, God has come through yet again with ways to support our minds, bodies, and spirits using the gifts of Nature.

When you’re having one of those weeks/months/years where it's just one thing after the next, we can break quickly under the stress. Mental and physical exhaustion, anxiety, and a maxed out nervous system can quickly devolve into a run down immune system. And that, friends, is where none of us wants to be.

 Mastick (Pistacia lentiscus): your lymphatic system’s best friend. Aides the circulatory system as it moves the bad stuff out and the good stuff through. Add this delightfully earthy oil to a massage blend.

 Juniper (Juniperus communis): supports elimination of toxins and wastes and is a beautiful disinfectant to add to your diffuser.

 Lemon (Citrus limon): bright, cheerful oil that disinfects the air and uplifts the nervous system. Diffuse into air especially during times of sickness.

 Vetiver (Chrysopogon zizanioides): gorgeous, grounding, and rich oil that aides in relaxation and our ability to withstand stress. Add to massage blend and keep on hand to sniff during challenging times. Vetiver is high in terpenes and makes an excellent addition to a topical CBD blend for anxiety.
